Jesus 08

Zephaniah 3:8-9 (KJV)

Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the Lord, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.

Greetings and blessings to all who may stop by here.  The Lord our God is going to do amazing things and He will not be slack about anything - He knows everything we need.  He has promised so many good things for His people leading up to His Second Coming, and I believe a "pure language" will be a tremendous blessing for His people; to be of one accord to serve Him with one consent strengthening us as one body, one church with Christ dwelling in the midst of us even before His glorious appearing, will be a taste of heaven on earth. '...I will turn to the people a pure language.'   How great is our God.  He will restore everything.  We will be of one heart and one mind. Treasure beyond measure.

pure (pyʊər)

adj. pur•er, pur•est.
1. free from adulterating or extraneous matter
2. free from contamination, pollution, or dirt; clean
3. not modified by an admixture; simple or homogeneous
4. absolute; utter; sheer
5. being that and nothing else
6. of unmixed descent or ancestry.
7. free from foreign elements
8. free from blemishes; clear; spotless
9. (of literary style) straightforward; unaffected.
10. abstract or theoretical (opposed to applied): pure science.
11. without any discordant quality; clear and true
So, rejoice in the Lord and all His ways and let not your heart be shaken for all this is coming upon the earth for we know all this has to come so it can pass and we wait for the new heaven and the new earth, but until then, the Lord has knows what we need before we need it and He will be faithful to those who are faithful to Him.

All glory to God, the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ.

What an amazing brother I have in you, Annon, to always come with a word of encouragement.

Indeed His love endures forever and He will not forsake us - quite the opposite, He will lift us up and empower us in ways we cannot imagine. When our God tells us we do not have to fear, we know we do not have to fear anything - other than Him. His yoke is light and He makes everything easy.

When the people built the tower of Babel, the whole earth was of one common language and He confounded their speech so they could not communicate any longer. But soon He will give His people a pure language.

Thank you for being here with me, Annon. You are always a treasure and a blessing.

A blessing from the Berean too good not to share:

Amos 8:3

(3) And the songs of the temple
Shall be wailing in that day,"
Says the Lord GOD—
"Many dead bodies everywhere,
They shall be thrown out in silence."

New King James Version Change your email Bible version

Now that He has announced Israel's imminent calamity, God begins to show how His punishment would alter the lives of the people. Notice the dramatic change of attitude in the people. The songs of His Temple would ordinarily be happy and joyous songs of praise to God, but He will turn the songs of their temple—sung to Baal in the name of the Lord—to wailing, for the numbers of the dead will be unimaginable.

Because of their self-absorption, God's "sudden" punishment will stun the people of the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, and the other nations of modern Israel, including some members of the true church. In their spiritually unaware state, they will be incredulous at God's punishment for "such a little bit of sin." But God has a different perspective; He says they are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked (Revelation 3:17).

Because of their self-procured wealth and affluence, they think they are being blessed with material things. They see themselves as following the way of God, but their religion has deceived them by failing to teach them His truth. They think that what they are doing is right, but they are deceived. However, God still holds them responsible because the truth is available. He views them as personally rejecting Him and His Word.

Today, some evangelicals attempt to prepare the people for what is to come, but their teaching is a mixture of right and wrong. Jesus says, "They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch" (Matthew 15:14). In their ignorance, the people do not realize the terrible calamity that is coming soon upon modern Israel. It will be far more terrible than anything ever seen on this earth!

Hi Annon. Glad you were blessed by it and it's always so good to have you stop in! Your kind words and encouragement bless me deeply and this is how I know we both love the one and only true God, the amazing Savior of the world, Jesus Christ.

Indeed signs are everywhere...and getting stranger and more intense all the time, and unfortunately more wicked. But it is all to be and surely the stench of this current system is reaching His nostrils. His patience is working patience in us. I truly need that. I am so ready to see an end to the iniquity and corruption while living in it at the same time gets a little difficult occasionally, but by His grace and mercy He will see us through it all. This I know. When this present world gets burdensome, I leave it behind and spend time with Jesus and know that great things are coming that don't compare to the badness of the world, and I know it is worth waiting for. Until then, we have much work to do for His glory and I pray only for His will to be done.

That post from the Berean is a great reminder that the Father always knows best in ALL things.

I am looking up with you my beloved brother, and keeping the faith in the only One who so richly deserves it for all He has done, is doing and will do. Praise His holy name on high, and come Lord Jesus. All creation groans.

Thank you Annon for being here with me on this amazing journey.

with love in His name and may we be found worthy in some small way to escape that which is coming upon the earth.

Great article on the pagan history of easter/ishtar, for those who want the truth and can handle it:

How crafty is satan to trick people into worshipping him while they believe they are worshipping Jesus. It is up to each and every one of us to seek truth according to His word. satan and his minions make a mockery of everything righteous. To take away from the significance and relevance of the Passover week shows the utter and complete depravity of our adversary.

Give praise and thanks for all the Lord has done, is doing and all that is yet to come.

During the Passover week, give extra remembrance and worship to the one and only true God, the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ.
