1 Corinthians 5:7-8
King James Version (KJV)
7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:
8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. Amen.
The time of Passover over the ages has brought many blessings to Jesus' followers. Jesus started preaching when he was 12 years old at the time of Passover. The Israelites were kept from plagues during Passover by putting animal blood on their doors so they would be passed over from harm. Our Lord and Saviour became the Passover sacrificial lamb when He suffered and died for us; pouring out His blood along with His undying, unconditional love, while we are still yet in our sinful nature. The greatest of gifts is love, and Jesus has given us the greatest gift ever that is for all eternity. Just as the Israelites were protected, so are we today, having been covered in His precious blood.
During this Passover season, remember all our Lord has done for us with renewed passion, and make a joyful sound every day unto the one and only Saviour who died to take away the sin of the world. While the world busies itself with sunrise services with fancy clothes and bonnets, easter egg hunts and such, let us come out of the world and worship Him in sincerity and truth according to His precious holy word. Love the Lord our God with all your might and put no false gods before Him.
8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. Amen.

Wow - what about our crazy world that just keeps getting crazier by the day if not the hour.
All faith and trust in the Lord, and always looking up with you waiting for our redemption.

Wondering with you as to why we are still here. Then again, it is the Lord's Will.
Indeed, things are getting crazier and who knows if soon confusion will reign in the already confused hearts of humanity.
We just wait for His Glorious return.
Stay blessed and keep looking up.

Amen Annon...we wait for His Glorious return. I believe great and wondrous events are going to happen even before His second coming.
Romans 8:18
For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
How great is our God. Hold fast and tight to His promises which we get closer to with each passing day. What an extraordinary time to be alive.
I am thankful we are still here, my brother in Christ. His love and blessings to you, Annon. Keep fighting the good fight and always looking up with our sights set on things above.
